The service

SaveMyCalls provides an AI receptionist that answers calls to your business, captures caller details, and forwards them to you. Features, availability, and pricing may change. A demo does not guarantee any specific result.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
• Use the service lawfully and only for your own legitimate business calls.
• Comply with applicable laws for call handling and recording, including any required caller notice or consent in your jurisdiction.

Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis at the price shown at signup. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” AI systems can make mistakes, and we do not guarantee that every call will be answered or captured perfectly. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms and will post the new version here. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time.
