Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SaveMyCalls (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and our AI receptionist service. This is a plain-language summary and not legal advice; please review it with counsel before relying on it.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you request a demo or contact us, we collect your name, business name, phone number, and (optionally) email address.
  • Call information. If you use our service, our AI receptionist processes inbound calls to your business line and captures caller details (such as name, number, and the reason for the call) so we can pass the lead to you.
  • Usage data. Standard technical data such as IP address, device, and pages viewed, used to operate and improve the site.

How we use information

  • To respond to demo requests and provide, operate, and improve the service.
  • To send you the leads and notifications you sign up to receive.
  • To communicate with you about your account, support, and relevant updates.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect against misuse.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, telephony, email, and hosting providers), and where required by law. Providers are bound to use the information only to perform services for us.

Data retention & security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can opt out of marketing messages at any time. To make a request, contact us at hello@savemycalls.app.
